Target:
The forum “Macao Internet Governance Forum 2013 (Macao IGF 2013)”, with the theme of Global Internet Governance and explored in two major technical topics - IPv6 & DNSSEC. The issues which the public most concerned include: Internet Addiction, Digital Divide, Information Security, Online Privacy and Infringement Act will be deeply discussed with exchange of knowledge and ideas. Throughout this forum, we hope to establish a mutual communication bridge with all regions of the world.

Result:
The event provided an opportunity to gain fruitful experiences about convention and exhibition, with the success on establishing a mutual communication bridge for exchanging knowledge and ideas within the academia and industry of Macao internet in the forum, this increased the international reputation for the top-level domain .MO.

On the other hand, with discussing the prospect and expectation about talents within the Macao internet and also the academic fields with attendees, we hope to arrange a representative and high-quality communication platform for the Internet Society Macao (ISOC Macao) next year. The aim for ISOC Macao will befor talents cultivation, academic interaction and to gather both the experts and scholars within the Macao internet concurrently.
